Charlie Tragesser – President & Chief Executive Officer
Charlie purchased Polar Systems in 1993 following a successful twenty-two year career in sales, marketing, and general management with the IBM Corporation. He held the positions of Regional Manager for the Northwest and General Manager for the Oregon Trading Area.
Charlie strives to grow the company in order to continue to provide an ever increasing number of technical specialties to our clients. The key to success is selecting specialties that can impart the best value to our current and future clientele.
Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing and Management Science from Southern Illinois University.
Ken Colton – Director of Operations
Ken studied at Ithaca College in upstate New York and brings extensive business experience to Polar Systems. Joining in 2001, Ken is focusing on growing Polar Systems as a customer-centric, forward-thinking technology company focused on providing business solutions that enhance client’s business efficiencies rather than provide technology for technology-sake. By expanding offerings beyond traditional network infrastructure to areas such as full-service security practices, financial application solutions, and a wide variety of web services, Ken believes that with effective communication, a deep understanding of unique business needs, and integration of applications, Polar Systems will reach that goal.
